Color printing is normal, but spot colors (white ink, varnish, glue) are not printed?

A：

STEP 1：Check the status of all nozzles to confirm whether they print normally

Clean all print heads and check the print nozzles to confirm the color and spot color (white ink, varnish, glue).

If any spot color nozzle does not print at all, check whether the nozzle of this spot color is clogged and whether the head and the head cable are abnormal.

If it is confirmed that both the color and spot color (white ink, varnish, glue) nozzles are normal, follow the steps below.

STEP 2：Check if there is a "Spot" menu in the printing software and

 verify whether the spot color and ink amount Settings are correct

If there is a spot color menu, check the Settings inside，and "W" for white ink, "V" for varnish, and "G" for glue.

If the corresponding spot color is enabled and the ink volume is set to "0%", the corresponding spot color will not be printed. 

Adjust the value to the required ink volume.

If there is no "Spot" menu, please check the following steps

STEP 3：Check whether there is data in the spot color channel of the printed file and view the ink statistics of the file

Double-click the job in the print task list, then click "Ink Statistics" to view the ink volume ratio of the corresponding spot color inside.
and "W" stands for white ink, "V" for varnish, and "G" for glue.

If the ink volume ratio of the corresponding spot color channel is not 0%, it indicates that the spot color channel of this job file is normal.

If the ink volume ratio of the corresponding spot color channel is 0%, it indicates that the spot color channel of this job file has not been created correctly.
