When Flexi software sends a job, it prompts "RIP error". What should I do?
A:
STEP 1:Check whether there are any abnormalities in individual files
If only individual files have RIP errors,
Check the file format (TIF/PNG/PDF), the spot color channel (spot color channel name),
Whether the color mode (RGB/CMYK,8Bits), image size, etc. are correct.
Whether the file size is too large and whether the computer's memory and hard disk capacity are sufficient.
STEP 2:Check whether all the files are abnormal
If RIP errors occur in all files,
First, restart the Flexi software to see if there is any improvement;
Delete the printer device model again, add the device model and Settings again, and check if there is any improvement.
Finally, reinstall the Flexi software and reset all the Settings to see if there is any improvement.
