The Flexi software prompts incompatibility when adding ICC files. What should I do?

Analysis：

When the Flexi software adds the ICC profile, it prompts "The selected lcc profile is not compatible with this printer."

Or after adding, an exclamation mark appears saying "Your color mode selection does not match what is stored in the lCC Profile."

There are usually two possible reasons: the device name does not correspond to the ICC or the ICC name contains illegal characters.

A：

STEP 1：Check whether the ICC Profile corresponds to the corresponding printer brand and model. 

Please refer to the printer's corresponding manual in detail

If the corresponding brand and model in the manual are not provided when adding the device model, 

please follow the steps below.

STEP 2：Replace the Outputdrivers file and add the corresponding printer model

If the corresponding brand and model in the manual are not provided when adding the device model, 

the outputdrivers file needs to be manually replaced.
Close the Flexi software, find the ICC data that matches the printer, locate the "OutputDrivers" file inside, 

and copy the two files with the suffixes "enx" and "enc" inside.
Copy and overwrite to the corresponding path of the software: C:\Program Files\SAi\FlexiPRINT 22 Titan Edition\OutputDrivers.
After replacing the file, open the Flexi software to add the corresponding printer "brand" and "model". Finally, add the corresponding ICC profile.

STEP 3：Check that the ICC profile name contains characters that the system cannot recognize

Check whether the ICC file name and the folder name where the ICC file is placed have characters that the system cannot recognize.

If there are any, delete the unrecognizable characters or replace them with numbers and letters, and then re-add the ICC file.

For instance, if the customer's computer system is in English or other non-Chinese languages, it may not be able to recognize Chinese characters, 

and the Chinese characters need to be deleted first.
