The Rip software cannot send directly to the printer. What should I do?

STEP1:Check whether the IP address and port sent by the Rip software are set correctly
The IP address and port Settings of RIP software. Refer to the following
IP address:127.0.0.1
Port number:9100
If the prompt connection success, you can test sending the print file.
If the connection is not successful, please refer to the following steps
STEP2:Check whether the printer software is running online
Check if the printer software is online and look at the icon in the lower left corner,
Show green icon is connected and the red icon is not connected.
STEP3:Check the Rip print port Settings of the print software
Check the Rip port Settings of the advanced window of the printer software
The Settings should be the same as those in the RIP software, with the port number: 9100
Sometimes after setting up, due to the occupied ports of the computer, all software needs to be closed,
then restart the computer and run the software to test and print.
