STEP 1：Check all the calibration alignments of the print head

Recheck the calibration alignment, including Base step, Head install vertical, Head space calibration, Bidirectional, etc.

STEP 2：Check whether the material installation and tension adjustment are normal

Note 1 when installing the material: (Confirm that the pressure roller has been fully lowered into place)

Note 2 when installing the material: (Confirm that the tension adjustment on both sides of the discharge tray is the same)

Note 3 when installing the material: (Ensure that there is no slipping between the feeding tray and the rubber cylinder of the membrane when the step-by-step material moves.)
